About Us
Meet the team
Wyatt Homes management team has grown over the years to provide all aspects of modern day construction and development. We are proud to offer the complete package from land purchase and construction to in-house sales and legal services.
David Wyatt - Managing Director
David formed Wyatt Homes in 1990 with the ambition to build a company with an envious reputation which is known for innovative design and high quality homes.
Adam Scott - Architectural Project Manager
Adam has been with the company since 2004 and has co-ordinated many of our award-winning projects including Vision, Kudos and Aura.
Amanda Archer - Senior Sales Consultant
Amanda is our onsite sales negotiator who liaises with selling agents and deals with after sales care. She has been with the company since 2004.
Anton Howse - Solicitor
Anton is our in-house solicitor who deals with all legal matters on site purchase, plot sales and strategic land acquisitions. He has been working for Wyatt Homes since 2008.
Cliff Duglan - Material Buyer
Cliff has been with the company since 1997 and is in charge of the procurement of all building materials.
Danny Hawkins - Construction Manager
Danny oversees all company construction activities and manages the site managers and site staff, and has been with the company since 2005.
Dave Proctor - Cad/Bim & IT Technician
Dave joined Wyatt Homes in 2004 and produces all of our construction working drawings.
Dave Vater - Site Manager
Dave has been working for Wyatt Homes since 1995 and is a manager of our site staff and sub-contracted labour. He also oversees the quality and program of construction works.
Jim Grant - Office & Finance Manager
Jim has been working for Wyatt Homes since 1996 and is responsible for financial and company management.
Lee House - Site Manager
Lee has been with Wyatt Homes since 2007, working as a site manager. He is currently managing site staff and sub-contracted labour at our Harbour Ridge development in Chaddesley Glen whilst overseeing the quality and program of the construction works.

As a consulting building services engineer for over 40 years I have been in the construction industry for a long time and can confirm that the standards of workmanship, finish and attention to detail evident in our home are the best I have seen in the domestic housing market.
Your site manager has always been readily approachable, courteous and unfailingly helpful in the person of Dave Vater and the same can be said for the tradesmen he supervises. They have all been very helpful in particular Andy and Troy.

I felt that I must write to congratulate you on the splendid way in which your company has successfully completed your development here in Bere Regis.
The high quality of the work speaks for itself but it is not only the very pleasing result which is so admirable, but the way in which you accomplished it your entire staff were gentlemanly and efficient and it has been an absolute pleasure to have them working in such close proximity to our premises.
I would like to particularly mention Roy Savage and Danny Hawkins, both of whom behaved impeccably with careful concern about the effect that the construction site works would have upon the neighbouring occupiers and they caused us no trouble whatsovver: I think I will be sorry to see them go.
I realise that these high standards emanate from the top so I venture to thank you personally for the way in which the company, under your direction, achieved such a high standard.
